High Capacity Cleaning Systems

This high capacity solvent cleaning unit is used to clean aircraft struts and landing gears. The chamber is 24 feet long with a 750 cubic foot capacity. The unit can clean and dry more than 5 tons of parts in one 30 minute cycle.

  The unit has a five stage vacuum system that accelerates the vacuum rate and increases the vacuum level attainable for vapor recovery and drying. This assures that all areas, including internal sections of the parts, are completely dry prior to removal of the parts.

  The unit has flexible spray hoses on the baskets so that operators can place the hoses in difficult to clean internal pockets. During a spraying step, solvent is sprayed through these hoses for internal spray as well as spraying from the top and sides of the chamber.
