High Capacity Cleaning Systems

This high-capacity solvent cleaning system is designed for the removal of contaminants from aircraft struts and landing gear assemblies. The treatment chamber measures 24 feet in length and has a volumetric capacity of 750 cubic feet. The unit is capable of simultaneously cleaning and drying over 5 tons of aerospace components within a 30-minute operational cycle.

The unit has a five-stage vacuum system that accelerates the evacuation rate and increases the attainable vacuum level for vapor recovery and drying. This ensures that all areas, including internal sections of the parts, are completely dry before the parts are removed.

The system features adjustable spray hoses integrated into the baskets, enabling operators to access and clean recessed internal cavities effectively. During operation, solvent is delivered through these hoses for internal application coverage, complemented by spray nozzles positioned on the top and sides of the chamber for comprehensive surface treatment.
