High Capacity Cleaning Systems

This high-capacity solvent-cleaning unit is used to clean aircraft struts and landing gear. The chamber is 24 feet long and has a 750-cubic-foot capacity. The unit can clean and dry more than 5 tons of parts in a single 30-minute cycle.

The unit has a five-stage vacuum system that accelerates the vacuum rate and increases the attainable vacuum level for vapor recovery and drying. This ensures that all areas, including internal sections of the parts, are completely dry before the parts are removed.

The unit has flexible spray hoses on the baskets, allowing operators to place them in hard-to-clean internal pockets. During a spraying step, solvent is sprayed through these hoses for internal spray as well as spraying from the top and sides of the chamber.
