Excellent Drying
Vacuum drying, similar to vapor degreasing, uniformly evacuates moisture from both the external and internal surfaces of the component. The system employs a controlled vacuum environment, maintaining a monitored pressure level below a predefined threshold to ensure complete solvent removal from the part and the chamber.
For components with high thermal conductivity that rapidly cool during vacuum conditions, an auxiliary heated recycled air stream is circulated within the chamber to enhance drying efficiency. It is strictly maintained that no external air or non-condensable gases are introduced during the process.
All drying gases are recirculated within a closed-loop system, ensuring zero solvent emissions to the atmosphere.
