Dual System Tube Cleaners

This Dual System has two different-shaped chambers, one that is horizontal to accommodate long tubes up to 50 feet, and a second chamber that is vertical and 24” in diameter for smaller parts. The system can be cleaning in both chambers simultaneously or operate as totally separate systems.

We build our equipment to fit your needs. The vertical chamber is used consistently and requires less solvent to operate. This makes the parts handling and throughput fast. When needed, the horizontal chamber is used with little to no operational effect on the smaller chamber. When purchasing a dual-chamber system, the cost is generally 35-40% higher than that of a single-chamber system, and adding a second chamber will increase your throughput by 90% on average.
