Custom Chamber Cleaning Systems

This custom chamber cleaning unit is shaped like a pizza oven. It is used to clean aerospace honeycomb that is up to 8’ wide x 4’ long x 5” high. The size makes the system operate quickly (the smaller the chamber, the faster it evacuates), and it is easier to achieve a uniform solvent spray, ensuring complete coverage with minimal volume. Spray is applied from both the bottom and the top of the unit.

Because our units are custom, they can be tailored to specific cleaning processes such as vapor degreasing, spraying, soaking with or without ultrasonics, skimming, jetting, rotation, or vacuum drying. This flexibility helps aerospace engineers and maintenance professionals feel confident in a solution that fits their unique requirements.
